I think the most important thing is you need to have the routine planned out, and follow it, and stay conscious/alert throughout–like you can’t be chatting and distracted and doing 3 other things. “If you haven’t got anything nice to say about anybody come sit next to me.” I have checked that area for two years now and it has not returned, not even on my neighbor’s side.
