The ceremonies will last approximately 2 hours. During the ceremony, professional photos will be taken by Grad Images. Proceed to your college line, you will be lined up numerically based on the number printed on your card. Saturday, May 15, 2021-Undergraduate Candidates for Degree Graduates will be organized by college, degree and alphabetically by degree. Guests attending the ceremony do not need tickets and seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. Order an Official NMSU eDiploma – Your NMSU eDiploma is a Signed and Certified PDF of your original paper diploma used for easy diploma verification purposes. Guest bags will be subject to search upon entry. The Graduate Ceremony will be on Friday, May 15th, at 6:00 p.m. and the Undergraduate Ceremonies will be held on Saturday, May 16th at 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Future Commencement Ceremony Dates. Cameras are allowed in the Pan American Center for the Commencement Ceremonies.
You all have played an important role in helping your student reach their educational goals. All candidates need to be prepared to present their name card to the Commencement Reader for personal recognition and to receive a certificate of attendance. Don’t forget to share your accomplishments and celebrations with us by using hashtag #nmsugrad.
The ceremonies will last approximately 2 hours. The doors to the Pan American Center will open one hour prior to the ceremony start time. Candidates for graduation should arrive one hour prior to the ceremony for line up and check in.
You can then share your eDiploma as often as you need. The afternoon ceremony at 2:00 p.m. will award degrees to the following colleges: College of Arts and Sciences and College of Engineering. Leave your gown unzipped, the NMSU Police will conduct a visual check before entering venue.
