Ive called carvana support line and every time it's over a >35 minute wait, it does an option to have someone call you back instead of waiting on the phone the only problem is they call let it ring once and hang up or when you pick up it hangs up in your ear.I also made the mistake of purchasing another car from carvana and told the delivery driver the issues which he noted it was a 2017 Toyota Corrola the tires were completely Bald and won't pass inspection he agreed and noted it and said a advacate would call me to assist in getting that fixed as that should have gone out like that, also the weather stripping for the frond windshield is hanging off. Each time I call or text the agent is extremely polite, but tells me a different story about where my registration is. If I had sold my old car I'd have to get a rental for a few weeks.After my second key is handed to me and the steering issue is resolved it should be a great car with low mileage and in great condition.The folks at Carvana have been helpful but the third parties that inspected/delivered the vehicle did an absolutely awful job. Buying a car with Carvana was the easiest process.....If I ever buy another car, I will most definitely purchase with Carvana. Now I am paying for a car that I can’t even drive. The Kelly Blue Book was aprox $3600-$3800.00 for dealer purchase and $6000- $7500.00 for private party purchase.Carvana's offer was $1800.00.No wonder they want your car,they want to steal it.This gave me just enough information as how they operate.Make your own conclusions.
