I know all my neighbors and whenever I see them they always say hi. In my personal opinion Everett is very quiet to me maybe because I do not go out much. It's a wonderful community, and for such a little town, it has some great sights to see. The city sometimes have festivals and events. Very walkable.

Lynnwood Washington also has Edmonds Community College which is great for running start high school students to get some college credits for classes taken free.
